The Rascals, a gang of suburban youths, enjoy the carefree life of the 80s. At a record shop, one of them recognizes a skin who had attacked him and decides to take justice into his own hands. Witnessing the scene, the young sister of the skin gets close to an extremist student who promises to take revenge on the Rascals. As the extreme right-wing gains ground throughout the country, the band of friends is caught in a spiral. It is the end of innocence…
